Gas Mixing

Gas Mixing

Thermal mass flow controllers (MFC) allow precise flow rate control of individual gasses. Up to 5 MFCs can be configured within each PCS cube & integrated to the controlling software. This enables flexible aeration options for a wide range of applications.

  • 1 MFC included in "entry" level system, additional available as optional.
  • Gas mixing possible through TMFC + solenoid valves or via multiple MFCs
  • Automatic gas mixing algorithms for simplified control (4-gas, 3-gas, O2 enrichment, N2 enrichment)
  • Fluted sparger in IO system
