Regional Sales Head

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous sales management experience, be proficient with systems and have the ability to slot quickly and effectively into the team.

Job Description

With support and direction from the Business Developer, the RSH is responsible for delivering excellent sales and service results, collaborating with a distributed team of product specialists. The RSH job is focused to maximize sales, and to actively seek to generate new leads according to targets. In addition to the Business Development Manager and the Product Specialists, this person be working closely with other key central areas of the business such as Administration, Marketing, After Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales within your region with drive, energy, and urgency to ensure maximum sales are extracted from the available leads
  • Active scouting to generate new leads
  • Provide accurate sales reports training from your region and ensure their product knowledge is continually up to date
  • Take responsibility for responding to operational situations in your region to ensure best results for clients
