In the ever-expanding food & beverage fermentation space requiring advanced aseptic control technology, Solaris is an expert in dished bottom fermentor solutions. In many classical beverage fermentations, conical fermentors are utilized, however, in more sophisticated processes where mixing & sparged gas transfer are key, there are many advantages to a dished bottom vessel as opposed to a conical tank.
